You have my permission to freely copy and distribute such content as you wish, as long as such distribution is non-commercial, and as long as my name and website address remain attached to it. This includes sharing as part of your family tree — please do.
Payments
I accept payments through this site using a number of third-party payment gateways, including WooCommerce Payments, Stripe, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal. I do not deal with your credit card information or other payment details directly. Payment is deducted at time of purchase.
Refund and return policy
I hope you are satisfied with any product that I sell you, especially my books. If you have technical or sales queries, comments, or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I am glad to refund any transaction prior to shipping the item. If you’re received the item and are unhappy with it, I will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is returned undamaged.
If you’ve paid with any of my online gateways (e.g. Google Pay, PayPal), I will try to issue any refund through that. In any other case, I will write you a personal check.
Shipping policy
I will strive to ship any purchased item to you as quickly as possible. My books, I plan to ship via USPS Media Mail, unless you contact me directly and request some other arrangement. Media Mail advertises delivery in 2-8 days. I am just one person who works full-time, who may or may not have help, but I will strive to see that you receive your item within two weeks of receiving payment.
No purchase for resale
This site is intended to sell products (books) directly to readers. Purchase for resale is strictly prohibited. If I have reason to believe you are involved in purchases for resale, I reserve the right to take any action against you, including restrict future sales to you or cancel your orders. If you are a seller and would like to sell my books, I would be glad to talk to you about that and we can work something out if you contact me.
